Board Meeting Schedule 2026

HOA Board meetings are usually held every other month, on the third Thursday of the month. In 2026 we plan to hold board meetings at the KSQM community meeting room at 609 W. Washington Street. Homeowners are welcome to attend any board meeting, to observe or to bring new business before the board. If you have new business to bring up, but are unable to attend the meeting, please contact a board member and provide details of the issue.

Meeting dates and times may have to be changed to accommodate schedules or in response to unexpected events. Homeowners will be notified if a meeting date or location needs to be changed. The current meeting schedule for 2026 is:
