This is the web site for the Home Property Owners Association, the HOA for the Home Estates neighborhood in Sequim, Washington.

Meeting schedules and many Association documents are available here without logging in. Access to meeting minutes and financial documents is restricted to members of the Association and their designated representatives. Please log in to access protected information. Contact David Meissner or another Board member if you have any trouble logging in.

Board Meeting Schedule 2025

HOA Board meetings are usually held every other month, on the third Thursday of the month, at the KSQM meeting room. Meeting dates, times or location may have to be changed to accommodate schedules or in response to unexpected events. Homeowners will be notified if a meeting date, time or location needs to be changed. The meeting schedule for 2025 is:
